Tinkercad beginnings - House

Today, we learned the basics of Tinkercad. We were encouraged to make a basic model of a house or castle.

My house began as a cube with a triangular roof, with an interior hole and details such as window and door trim added. I spent most of my time figuring out a flower model for the flower bed in front of the house.

The most challenging part of working in Tinkercad is being unable to rely on complicated tools. Everything here has to be done manually, using only basic shapes and an add/subtract function. Adding/subtracting is the basic function behind most complicated tools, so this gives a great understanding of the behind-the-scenes processes involved in more complicated 3D modeling software.
